The 58th Annual Indiana State Fair Queen Pageant will be held January 9th and 10th at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, and welcome 87 county queens, including Miss Cass County Megan Mannering, to compete for the honor of being the 2016 Indiana State Fair Queen. The Indiana State Fair Queen plays a key role in promoting the Indiana State Fair by traveling nearly 6,500 miles during June and July to approximately 45 counties in preparation for the Indiana State Fair, August 5-21, 2016.
Judging takes place over two days; the preliminary judging, with limited seating, on Saturday night at 6:30, and the pageant finals, at 1 p.m. Sunday are both open to the public with purchase of a ticket for $10 plus parking.
