Indiana State troopers have a new tool

Indiana State Troopers have a new tool to catch anyone with a warrant. The State Police are rolling out the first automated license plate readers. The powerful cameras allow Troopers to scan passing license plates and run them through the system. If you have a warrant, the computer will quickly let the Trooper know. The ACLU though says the plate readers also allow police to keep tabs on innocent drivers.
