Developer Wants Apartments Downtown

New plans for an old building in Downtown Logansport. A developer says he has plans to turn Logan Square at 300 East Broadway into residential apartments. Mayor Dave Kitchell says in a press release that the project would be very good for the city by supporting the downtown economy while appealing to millenials. The developer is Miller-Valentine Group, which also built a senior housing complex in Kokomo. The Logan Square building is approaching a century old.
