New Deputy Hits Streets In Cass County

Although still three deputies short, Cass County Sheriff Randy Pryor says he has hired one new deputy. Nicholas Bowyer is moving from Pulaski County to Cass County and also has served as a sheriff’s deputy in Hamilton County. However, he is a native of Cass County and graduated from Lewis Cass Junior Senior High. That makes 15 deputies for the entire department. Sheriff Pryor says he needs 18 to be fully staffed.
