LMBC Receives Bids for Blight Elimination Properties
The Logansport Municipal Building Commission yesterday took bids and proposals for the sale of Blight Elimination Properties. Miller-Valentine Group, the same company who is currently developing plans for apartment homes in the Logan Square Building and also town homes on the East End, submitted bids totaling more than $38,000 for 11 different properties. The building corporation will announce whether or not it will accept the bids at a meeting Monday, October 24th at 2 PM in the city council chambers.
