MISSING TEEN SAFELY LOCATED

A Miami County girl missing since Sunday was safely located on Friday in Illinois. Miami County Sheriff Tim Miller said 13 year old Siarra Dennies was located Friday, May 29 by the county sheriff’s office in Peoria Illinois. On Tuesday, Dennies was reported to have last been seen in Woodland Hills Trailer Park in Peru around 2:30 Sunday afternoon. From the onset of the complaint, the Miami County Sheriff’s Dept, with the assistance of the Indiana State Police and other state and federal agencies who specialize in missing children, put in more than 260 combined man hours in the investigation. Sheriff Miller thanked Sierra’s family, friends and all others who gave the time, information, support and prayers leading to her safe return.
