The Cass County Community Foundation announced the recipients of the 2015 Back Home Again in Indiana Scholarships at a reception honoring all CCCF scholarship recipients last night at Ivy Tech.
This year, Back Home Again scholarships in the amount of $1000 were awarded to four non-traditional recipients.
The four adults receiving the 2015 awards are Janet “Eileen” Beck, Maria Banuelos Cortes and Tracy Pugh, all attending Ivy Tech Community College in Logansport, and Kayla Valdez who will attend Trine University. This scholarship is specifically designed to assist Cass County’s non-traditional students, such as those who are entering or returning to college after raising a family or pursuing a career. All four plan to continue to live and work in Cass County.
