LCSC BOARD MEMBER RESIGNS

A member of the Logansport Community School Corporation’s Board of Trustees has submitted his resignation. Jeff Smith says he has consulted with the school corporation’s legal counsel and, due to his employment on a full-time basis as the Cass County Highway Supervisor, employed on a full time basis as the Cass County Highway Supervisor, and due to concerns about the dual office-holding provisions of the Indiana Constitution, he will be submitting his resignation effective today.
