RECENT DRUG TASK FORCE INVESTIGATIONS NET MULTIPLE ARRESTS

Police Chief AJ Rozzi tells us that the local drug task force formed in February has conducted multiple investigations recently. Last week the task force initiated nine investigations, five of which were substantiated. Multiple substances were recovered during the investigations including marijuana, spice, meth, and pills. Three arrests resulted from those investigations and a fourth person was taken to the hospital due to their level of intoxication. It’s expected that that individual will face charges as well.This week the task force conducted eight investigations two of which were substantiated. Three arrests were made and involved heroin, marijuana, and xanax.
