TED CRUZ TO MEET WITH GOVERNOR PENCE

Today, Governor Mike Pence will host a private meeting with presidential candidate Senator Ted Cruz at the Governor’s Residence. Senator Cruz requested the meeting with Governor Pence. Cruz is attending the annual Indiana Republican Spring Dinner at Primo's Banquet Center in Indianapolis. Yesterday, Governor Pence met with presidential candidate Donald Trump. They met before the Trump rally that took place at 3 PM at the state fairgrounds. Several thousand people turned out for the rally, which was described as fairly peaceful. Though, several protesters were removed. Trump mentioned Carrier Corporation multiple times during his appearance. The company announced plans earlier this year to move hundreds of jobs out of Indianapolis to Mexico.
