MEMORIAL DAY SERVICES PLANNED

Memorial Day services are planned for Monday morning beginning with the parade line-up at 9:30 AM in front of the city building. There will be a program at the city building with Master of Ceremonies Jim Stokes, the President of the Cass County Veterans Council. Mayor Kitchell will speak, followed by a rifle salute, performance of Taps, the National Anthem, and a flag raising. Units will move on to the Cass County Government Building, the 6th Street Bridge, the Civil War Monument, and then Legion Circle to close out the morning.
