IDOT ALERTS DRIVERS TO LANE CLOSURE ON SR 18 THROUGH END OF JULY

The Indiana Department of Transportation is alerting drivers of a lane closure on State Road 18, between State Road 75 and State Road 29, through the end of July. Crews will close one lane at a time, restricting traffic to one lane in each direction, so they can remove old asphalt and resurface the road in that area. Motorists can expect delays and should allow extra time for trips through this area. Drivers are urged to pay close attention to flaggers and signs in the work zones, obey the posted speed limits and be on the alert for workers and equipment.
