LOGANSPORT MEMORIAL HOSPITAL URGES RESIDENTS TO RESPOND TO PHONE SURVEY

We reported Tuesday that Logansport Memorial Hospital would be initiating random telephone surveys to residents this week in order to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment for Cass County. Those phone calls began yesterday, and the hospital has informed us that they are receiving many phone calls asking if those survey calls are legitimate. Logansport Memorial Hospital would like to make sure that the community knows that they are legitimate survey calls, and they ask that if you receive a call, you please respond with your correct information. The purpose of this assessment is to identify major health problems, gaps in services and other factors which may contribute to a less than optimal health status for residents of our community. The hospital wants to capture as much health information as they can in order to have the most comprehensive health needs assessment of the community as possible. Your participation and willingness to respond is very much appreciated.
