"Prescription Drug Take Back" Initiative Successful in Indiana

On Saturday, October 22 the Indiana State Police participated in the twelfth nationwide “Prescription Drug Take Back” initiative. Collection sites were set up nationwide for expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs to be turned in for destruction. Statewide a total of 1,470 pounds of unused or expired medication were collected.
