Two Carroll county teens have been missing since yesterday afternoon, when they failed to return from a hike. Liberty German and Abigail Williams, both 13 years old, were dropped off at abandoned railroad bridge east of Delphi around 1:00 PM Monday and were supposed to be picked up hours later by a family member.
