Kayakers Find Body in Sugar Creek
A group of Montgomery County kayakers came across a body submerged in the Sugar Creek Saturday evening. Indiana State Police at Lafayette and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the scene. The body was removed from the water with assistance from the DNR. No foul play is suspected and an autopsy will be performed today. The investigation is ongoing.
