Federal Court Case Regarding Former Trelleborg Site Ends

A U.S. District Court case involving a former plant on Logansport’s west side has ended. The case had been filed by Auto Owner’s insurance that involved the former Trelleborg site. In a news release, Mayor Dave Kitchell praised the work of city attorney Yamir Gonzalez-Valez and said with the case closed the city will not be liable for any additional costs associated with the case and that the city could now focus on redeveloping the site for future use.
