Authorities Investigate Body Discovered in Burnettsville

White County and Indiana State Police authorities are investigating the death of a man whose body was found in Burnettsville Monday evening. Investigators found the body on top of what appeared to be a burn pile behind a residence on North 1400 East. It is not known at this time if foul play is involved and positive identification of the victim has not been made at this time.  An autopsy will be performed this afternoon.
