Man Faces Misdemeanor Charges Following Incident at Logansport Public Library

An incident at the Logansport Cass County Public Library yesterday afternoon left some library patrons shaken and one man facing misdemeanor charges. According to witnesses 56 year-old Philbrook Holmes of Logansport went behind the front desk at the library and began shouting racial slurs and profanity. Logansport Police arrived on the scene quickly and removed Holmes from the building. He faces charges of Resisting Law Enforcement, Criminal Mischief, and Disorderly Conduct.
