Man Critically Injured In BB Gun Shooting

Logansport Police have arrested a 23 year-old man for shooting another man with a BB gun on purpose. Trevor Miller was jailed for aggravated battery and booked into the Cass County Jail late Monday 69 year-old William Bodell was reportedly sitting on his front porch in the 100 block of 15th Street when he was shot more than once, according to a news release from the police department. Bodell’s injuries are described as critical and he has since been airlifted to Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne. Police have not said what prompted the shooting.
