Ohio Man Located in Fulton County after Amber Alert

Yesterday Fulton County Indiana authorities apprehended an Ohio man in response to an amber alert issued from Fulton County Ohio. 27 year-old James Ramey was southbound on US 31 when he was taken into custody without incident.  A 10-month-old male child and a female occupant of the van were not injured.  Delta, Ohio police say Ramey murdered his girlfriend and then fled with their child and the child's step-grandmother. He is currently being held in Fulton County Indiana Jail until extradition arrangements are made.
