The forum will feature Brock Russell, an investigator with the Indiana State Police, who has investigated more than 200 meth labs and given over 250 training sessions to community groups. He will discuss the life long effects of using meth and why the drug is gaining popularity.
The forum will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1p.m. EDT on March 24, at the Purdue Cooperative Extension, 1009 W. 3rd St., Rochester, 46975. There is no charge for parking.
