WALTON MAN ARRESTED AGAIN FOR VOYEURISM

A Walton man was arrested Thursday on a Miami County warrant alleging two felony counts of voyeurism. 37 year old Ryan McCabe was arrested Thursday at his home by Indiana State Police. The investigation began when the Logansport Police Department requested technical assistance with a Cass County criminal investigation. During that investigation, the detective discovered evidence that McCabe allegedly used a video recording device in an attempt to record female patrons using tanning beds at a Miami County tanning salon on two separate occasions in November 2014 and March 2015. McCabe was arrested earlier this month in Cass County, where he also faces three level 6 felony charges of voyeurism.
