MISS CASS COUNTY KICKS OFF MAY 16-17

This weekend will mark the kickoff for Miss Cass County 2015 and the Little, Junior and Teen Miss Programs. Workshops are scheduled Saturday for the Little, Junior and Teen Miss program, as coordinator Lynnsey Bell explains.

“It’s for girls ages 7-17 and it gives them an outlet, something to look forward to to build up to for Miss County. It’s really designed to promote inner beauty, we focus on self confidence, self worth. We do a couple workshops that are designated to focusing on bullying and some of the peer pressures and challenges that they face in school, and community involvement.”

Claire Crum, Miss Cass County 2015, says a workshop for contestants for Miss Cass County will meet on Sunday.

All the contestants who are running will be meeting with me and we are going to basically just start getting ready for the pageant. They get to meet the other contestants, we’re going to start working on applications and what we’ll be doing during the pageant, and working on outfits and interview tips, basically just get the ball rolling.
Applications are available in the county schools and online at 4hcasscounty.org.
