It’s a federal holiday and that means the post office, banks and some local government offices are closed today. The Cass County Government Building is closed and the regularly scheduled commissioners meeting will be held on Tuesday. The Eel Township Trustees office and the BMV are also closed today. The Logansport City Building is open, following a change in holidays approved by the previous city council, and trash pickup is not affected.
