An updated agenda for tonight’s regular meeting of the Utility Service Board includes several items of old or unfinished business, and a couple of items of new business, including a discussion on wholesale power options.
Under old or unfinished business, the topics include USB records retained in the LMU superintendent’s office, LMU organizational chart, confidentiality agreements, purchase power, and the Logansport City Council’s first ordinance of 2016, which was approved on first reading this month, relating to the makeup of the Utility Service Board. Another item under old or unfinished business is generating plant employees, with the Hall & Gooden Attorney Firm.
Under new business and specific issues, in addition to the discussion on wholesale power options with the Lewis & Kappes Legal firm, there are two additional agenda items: the LMU Utility Service Board attorney’s January 21 document request, and ethics.
The meeting begins at 7 o’clock tonight (January 26, 2016) in the LMU Board Room on the third floor of the Logansport City Building.
