DEPUTY'S FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS SET
Funeral arrangements have been set for the Howard County Deputy killed over the weekend in Russiaville. A ceremony to honor the life of Carl Koontz will be held Tuesday at Northwestern High School. Visitation will be held Monday, March 28 from 1-7 p.m. with funeral services set for 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 29, both at Northwestern High School. Burial will follow at Albright Cemetery, in Kokomo.
