The annual Morning with the Easter Bunny and Easter Egg Hunt happens tomorrow at Riverside Park. The event is presented by the Logansport Parks & Recreation Department, Cass County Roosters, Jarrell Orthodontics, and the Cass County Carousel. It’s open to kids ages 1-12. Activities beginning at 10 a.m. include pictures with the Easter Bunny, arts & crafts, face painting and free carousel rides. The Easter Egg Hunt, with prizes provided by the Roosters, begins at 11:15 Saturday.
Another Easter event happening tomorrow is the inaugural Egg Drop at Kokomo Municipal Stadium. Skydivers from Air Indiana Skydiving Center will jump into the stadium, dropping candy-filled Easter Eggs on their way down. More than 20,000 Easter eggs filled with Candy will be spread on the field for kids ages 11 and under to collect. The free event also features door prizes and concessions. Gates will open at 9:30 and skydivers will jump around 10:45.
