This weekend only, Saturday April 30 and Sunday May 1, the City of Logansport Code Enforcement Office is offering local citizens an opportunity to dispose of unwanted items from your garages, sheds, attics and basements at NO COST TO YOU!!! In conjunction with Downtown Green & Clean Day, 3 large dumpsters will be placed in the parking lot just west of the Depot (at 4th & Melbourne). Citizens may discard unwanted items in these dumpsters THIS WEEKEND ONLY WITH NO $1 STICKERS REQUIRED! Mattresses may be placed in these dumpsters without being wrapped in plastic THIS WEEKEND ONLY. Furniture, building materials, etc are welcome — no electronics, no yard waste, no tires, nothing containing Freon may be placed in the dumpsters. Once these dumpsters are removed on Monday May 2, all normal regulations will apply — so don’t miss this free opportunity, THIS WEEKEND ONLY!
