SENATOR DONNELLY RETURNS FROM MIDDLE EAST

U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly, who serves on the Senate Armed Services Committee, highlighted the recent five-country, week-long congressional delegation he led to review U.S. and allied missile defense systems in the Middle East and discuss security challenges with military commanders, service members, intelligence professionals, and foreign leaders. On the trip, Donnelly and the delegation visited Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Iraq, and Spain. Donnelly is Ranking Member of the Senate Armed Services Subcommittee on Strategic Forces, which oversees U.S. missile defense programs as well as U.S. collaborative missile defense programs.
