LOGAN'S LANDING THANKS COMMUNITY FOR SUCCESSFUL "DOWNTOWN GREEN & CLEAN"

Logan’s Landing is extending its thanks to to the more than two hundred volunteers who turned out for the annual “Downtown Green & Clean Day” on Saturday, April 30th. 211 volunteers donated a few hours of their time on a cold, rainy Saturday morning to pick up litter, rake, sweep, pull weeds, and generally spruce up our community. Twenty-five bags of trash were collected as well as one bin of recyclables, and more than 60 bags of yard waste, plus at least two truckloads of loose brush. Multiple community organizations, businesses, and individuals also helped make the event possible. Logan’s Landing hopes that citizens and visitors will be inspired to help keep downtown clean and inviting.
