Police Investigate River Bluff Trail Shooting

A Chicago man who was shot early this morning in Logansport has been airlifted to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne. Around 3:44 AM emergency personnel were dispatched to the River Bluff trail after receiving a call regarding a man who had been shot. 25 year-old Allen Moten who was visiting from Chicago was found on the trail with two gunshot wounds to his abdominal area. Police are investigating the matter. Moten’s condition is unknown at this time. Anyone who may have information regarding the shooting is asked to contact the police department at 753-4101.
