Lafayette Man Wins Powerball Jackpot

A Lafayette has come forward as the winner of The Powerball’s 10th biggest jackpot, but will remain anonymous. A representative from Bohemian Financial LLC collected the $435 million prize for the winner during a press conference Monday. The representative said the man had purchased 10 tickets, including the big winner, on his way to work the day of the drawing, and has decided to take a lump sum payment of $189.1 million.
