Carroll County Juveniles Injured in ATV Accident

Another ATV accident in Carroll County injured two juveniles Sunday evening. A 12 and 11 year-old boy lost control of an  ATV while travelling at a high rate of speed and struck multiple trees. Both boys were thrown from the ATV. Injuries sustained include a broken femur, broken fibula, multiple abrasions and lacerations. The boys were both wearing helmets at the time of the accident and are in stable condition at this time. Conservation Officers want to stress the importance of wearing safety gear while operating an ATV.
