Registration Underway For Scarecrow Row
The annual Scarecrow Row competition is again coming to downtown Logansport this Halloween. Registration is now underway for that, as well as the Downtown Spooktacular and Downtown Christmas Open House at Logan’s Landing. Groups and businesses are encouraged to decorate scarecrows and display them along Market Street and Broadway from October 17th through November 1st. Downtown Spooktacular is set for Thursday, October 27th, which will be followed by the Elks Halloween Parade. The registration deadline for Downtown Spooktacular is October 12th.
