The Logansport Bands will be presenting their annual MAY HOUR OF MUSIC Concerts on Sunday, May 15 at McHale Performing Arts Center. The Columbia and Lincoln 6th, 7th, and 8th grade bands will perform at 2 pm, and the LHS Berry Band will perform at 3:30 pm. Bob Shovlin will Guest-conduct the 8th grade band as they perform music from the Broadway stage. Bob is retiring this year after 41 years at LHS. The LHS band will perform some exciting and beautiful compositions, including a piece honoring Indiana’s own: James Dean. Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the show (1:30). Tickets are $3 for adults and $2 for children. Awards for the year will be presented at each concert and the seniors will be honored. Should you wish to stay for both concerts, one admission will suffice.
